The Sun, our largest solar system light, closes in on exact alignment with Neptune (March 1), the ruler of the mists. As the dissipation of the fog occurs, the brilliance of awakening, realization and creative inspiration organically stirs, can you feel it?
If you ask, “Can I feel what?” Or if you reply, “I think so, but I’m not sure,” then the answer is yes. You are feeling it.
With the Sun and Neptune simultaneously occupying the same point in Pisces, a far more nebulous cosmic fog, the envy of pea soup, stirs the subconscious part of our psyches to lament, liquidate and liberate, then leads the superconscious part of our psyche directly to purpose, spiritual awakening, a clear sense of karmic wiring, and arouses the desire to manifest unlimited creativity and tap the full extent of ones talents.
If the yearning to create, whether you’re naturally inclined to do so or not, surfaces, engage with it. Buy the sketch pad in the office supply store though you’re not normally inclined to draw. Arrange the pieces of the broken lamp into a cool mosaic pattern. The point is not to become a sketch artist or a mosaic master. The point is that while in the mode of devoted creative attention, other inspirations easily come to light as part of the creative commitment.
For the next weeks, up to Sun in Pisces squares Saturn in Sagittarius (exact on the 17th), virtually on top the Galactic Center, the point is to tune into every thought wisp, drop of cosmic dew and put it to good use by making it conscious, verifiable and relevant.
A boost occurs on March 7th as the Sun and Mercury align in Pisces. Ah-ha moments, light bulbs in the brain, and missing mental pieces appear with the snap of an early-appearing leprechaun’s finger.
Is there a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow as the Sun and Saturn square off on St. Patrick’s Day? Very likely. More important, whatever gold is discovered in personal awareness, creative talent, global insight, cosmic revelation, document it and log it in the unforgettable category. Store it in your asset locker such that your sense of inner valuation, a task led by Venus, addresses the ongoing Venus retrograde with enthusiasm, eagerly seeking growing upside resulting from personal evaluation.
Venus distinguishes herself by being the least likely planet to retrograde. She is retrograde slightly more than a scanty 7 percent of the time. Because her retrograde is uncommon, when she does reverse course, greater attention and focus migrate into the queue of mandatory behavior.
Similar to the fogginess of a Sun-Neptune alignment, Venus possesses a thick dense atmosphere that precludes a clear look at her real world concerns until standing on her surface. Her gravitational pressure is extreme, her surface temperature unbearable. With Venus-driven matters, the heat is on and the needle on the pressure cooker is moving toward the red zone!
Venus-driven matters include: social status, economic perceptions, relationship requirements, needs vs. wants, personal self worth, relationship worth.
Venus retrogrades on March 4th. If you have fiduciary matters pending, contracts involving money in play, work to get them done before Venus retrogrades. Given we’re now in the leading edge retrograde shadow, negotiations concluded in the present may require review in late May. No worries, review and rectify if necessary.
Venus turns direct on April 15th. Fortunately for those of us in the US of A, our tax payment deadline falls the day after. Regardless of Venus’ restoration of prograde motion, she remains in the trailing edge retrograde shadow until May 18th.
Adding a bit of blurry, Between April 3rd and April 28th, she will have returned to Pisces. While the pioneering pursuits of Aries may sense this dip in Pisces as redundant and regressive, think of it as leaving the house for a life-changing rendezvous of an income-garnering nature. You want to have your pitch packet complete, your competitive comparisons crystal clear, visuals that speak more than a thousand words such that when it’s your time to stop talking, you do. Before the key goes in the lock, or you use your phone to secure your residence, take a moment for review.
Maybe even go back in the house and review the location where you prepared all these fine materials. Give it a good lookover, shift into a dreamy recollection of all the enthusiasm and excitement of creating your presentation. All there? Great, scurry out the door, believe in yourself, and hit it out of the park.
Though Venus is retrograde, it is not exclusively blocking the pursuit of new financial endeavors. The day that Venus aligns with the Sun, she also aligns with the Earth. An impeccable clarity of the real world impact of all things Venus should more easily come to light. The alignment forms on March 25th. Be ready. If a pen ends up in your hand on this day, promptly put it to paper.
Regardless, enjoy the intensified review of your personal need/want axis courtesy of Venus. When she causes pause in your path, take that opportunity to listen to what she’s saying. A master of subtext, when Venus asks, “Are you sure?” she’s really asking nothing at all. She’s stating, “Be careful what you wish for.”
